Meet Our Trainers

Sioux Clare-KIng

Sioux has been teaching Pilates and Yoga for 10 years. Her approach is to blend Pilates and Yoga into a ‘Fusionʼ class, which uses dynamic stretching to physically rebalance the body.

Mark Hart

Head Trainer and Founder of Have a Hart Fitness. Mark is a highly qualified personal trainer and specialises in working with the over 30’s. He is a specialist in injury rehabilitation, toning, conditioning and weight loss.

Jessica Louise

Jess is Markʼs right-hand woman and brings her energy and passion to the indoor cycling and circuit training classes. She has a high energy personality and always there to pick you up when you are struggling for motivation.
